After Rishi Kapoor's Death, Amitabh Bachchan Tries To Cheer Up By Sharing Funny Scene From Amar Akbar Anthony: 'The Show Must Go On'
Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram account today and shared memories of the film win which he starred alongside late actors Rishi Kapoor and Vinod Khanna. Titled Amar Akbar Anthony, the film released in 1977, saw Big B and these late actors in pivotal roles. However, making it more special and nostalgic at this given point of time is the movie was shot at iconic RK studio and today being World Laughter Day, the clip shared by the megastar went hand-in-hand.

The video clip has Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic scene from the 1977 blockbuster where is seen conversing with his reflection in the mirror, totally drunk and bashed up. Well, this scene can still crack us up after so many decades. Just revisiting those days of his life, he mentioned shooting at RK studio for this film helmed by Manmohan Desai. The director back then was shooting for yet another film titled Paavarish on the other floor. Hence, when he left AAA set asking Bachchan to rehearse this scene on his return to the shooting floor, Big B had already shot the scene and nailed it too.

With the help of late actor Kader Khan and assistant director,  he left the director totally impressed.

Later when the makers held a mini-trial in theatre, Manmohan Desai just booked the megastar to work in all his movies, until the actor himself says no.
