All eyes are on Bollywood’s big fat wedding of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The couple will reportedly get married this week in a 4-day-long affair at the RK house. As per several media reports, the wedding functions will start from April 13 onwards with the Mehendi ceremony followed by a sangeet and finally the wedding on April 15. Several videos from the preparations have surfaced online and they showed Kapoor family's RK Studios illuminated with lights. In fact, the Krishna Raj bungalow, which is said to be currently under construction, has also been beautifully decorated with LED string lights.
A new set of photos have surfaced online and it showed Krishna Raj bungalow decorated with bright and sparkling lights. In the photos, which are doing rounds on the internet, one can see the bungalow decked up with pink, purple, and golden string lights. It is being said that after their wedding, Ranbir and Alia will shift to this multi-floor building. In a video shared on a paparazzo’s Instagram handle, the trees around the complex are seen illuminated with lights. However, nothing has been confirmed in this regard as there is no official announcement from Alia and Ranbir or from their families. Meanwhile, as per the latest update, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have changed their wedding date due to security reasons. Speaking to AajTak, Alia's stepbrother, Rahul Bhatt revealed that the couple has decided to push the wedding date a bit after the information was leaked in the media.
He was quoted saying, “The wedding is happening, it is known to all. But there is no wedding on April 13 or 14. That is a sure thing. Actually, the dates earlier were the same, but after the information was leaked to the media, the dates were changed. Everything has been changed because there's a lot of pressure. I give my word that there's no wedding on April 13 or 14. As far as I know, there will be an announcement regarding the date soon.”
