Ahead Of September 26th Questioning By NCB In Drug Probe, Sara Ali Khan Lands In Mumbai; Returns From Goa With Mother And Brother
Last evening, the Narcotics Control Bureau issued summons to Bollywood actresses like Shraddha Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Fashion designer Simone Khambatta. During the drug probe, Rhea Chakraborty allegedly named Sara, Rakul and Simone’s and allegedly confessed to NCB that they used to do drugs together. Though this has been denied by her lawyer Satish Maneshinde in an interview to CNN News 18. Before her name emerged in the drug nexus, Sara Ali Khan was vacationing in Goa with brother Ibrahim Ali Khan and mother Amrita Singh.

Now ahead of questioning with Narcotics Control officials, Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh landed in Mumbai a short while back. A video of Sara and Amrita Singh from the Goa airport had gone viral. The short clip saw the mother-daughter duo and brother Ibrahim at the identification counter before entering the airport. Sara Ali Khan will appear before the NCB officials on September 26.

Ahead of Sara’s arrival, security was beefed up outside the Mumbai airport. The newbie was snapped wearing a white striped tracksuit, while Amrita Singh opted for a white kurta paired with the same coloured dupatta. Taking the safety precautions, the mother-daughter duo wore a face mask and a mandatory face shield while inside the airport.

In a couple of minutes, Deepika Padukone is also expected to arrive in Mumbai from Goa. The actress was in a state of beaches for the shoot of her Shakun Batra’s next co-starring Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. The actress will appear before NCB officials, tomorrow.
