Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Hairdo For Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil Has A French Connection Inspired By Angelina Jolie

There has been a lot of excitement among Indian fans of Maleficent ever since it was announced that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would lend her voice for the central character of Angeline Jolie in the Hindi dubbed version of Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil. The film is the most awaited sequel of the 2014 hit film Maleficent and will release in theatres soon, in both Hindi and English. Recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also did a promotional shoot for the film, and we finally got to hear her voice the lead character for the very first time. Now, her hairdo in the promo has a French connection as her hairdo was done by a French hair expert Florian Hurel.
For the promotion of the film in India, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had a complete makeover and especially her hairdo stood out. She got a French twist done in style by French hair expert Florian Hurel. Hurel told IANS that the team included Mickey Contractor, the famous make-up artist, and they spoke about the look they would create for Aishwarya. Following this, Hurel came up with two hairstyle references and Aishwarya agreed to go with the double French bun and it was inspired by Angelina Jolie’s look. He also said, “As we didn't have the costume from the movie, we had to create a look in the same space. She was very open to do it and keen on me having my time to work on the hairdo. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s voice in the Hindi promotional trailer impressed not just us, but her husband, Abhishek Bachchan, too! Disney’s Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil releases in theatres on 18th October in India, in English and Hindi.
