A couple of days ago, Aishwarya Rai had told the media, "Diwali has to be at home, no matter what."
Well, she is now back in Mumbai, just in time to celebrate the festival of lights.
The actress and her daughter Aaradhya were spotted at the city airport yesterday, after returning from London where she was shooting for Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
Aaradhya, who is usually calm and silent during public appearances, seemed to be in a playful mood.
The reason for her excitement became clear soon, though. As soon as she spotted her Nana, Aishwarya's father Krishnaraj, the little one rushed into his arms.
Ash's mom Brinda was also at the airport.
