Ajay’s Shivaay trailer to be attached to Akshay’s Rustom
The actor’s directorial venture will clash at the theatres with KJo’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil this Diwali
The trailer of Ajay Devgn’s directorial venture, Shivaay is almost ready. The actor-director has decided to attach his trailer to Akshay Kumar’s Rustom, which hits theatres on August 12. We hear, Ajay thinks that Rustom will be a hit and hence, has been keen to attach his trailer to Akshay’s movie that is based on the 1959 Nanavati case. And the person who made this possible for Ajay is his manager Kumar Mangat, who is also handling the distribution of Rustom.
Shivaay is an action-adventure film that also marks the debut of Saira Banu’s grandniece Sayesha Saigal. Ajay had shared a couple of posters from the movie recently which had Ajay performing death-defying stunts. The movie also features Vir Das and Bijou Thaangjam in supporting roles.
But before the trailer goes public in theatres, Ajay has also decided to release it specially in Indore for his fans. In a unique marketing strategy, the actor-director will launch the trailer in the midst of his fan clubs in Indore on August 7. Turns out, he has a large fan base in the city and they had constantly been persuading the actor to visit them. So Ajay thought that the trailer launch would be a perfect opportunity to interact with these fan clubs.

Shivaay is a Diwali release and will hit the theatres on October 28 alongside Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
