Akki, Shilpa Ignore Each Other. Again!
Did they want not their patch-up but their business alliance to take centrestage?
The business deal between Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra has raised eyebrows. Shilpa and Raj will co-own India's first celebrity teleshopping channel with Akshay. Sonakshi Sinha too is a part of this venture.
What is even more surprising is that Akshay and Shilpa gave a royal ignore to each other at the press conference about the same deal held on Thursday.
Sources from the event say that the Dhadkan pair kept a safe distance from each other. They did not even exchange pleasantries.
However, Akshay was seen speaking with Raj very amicably.
At the Police Mela too in January this year, the two actors had looked through each other (SpotboyE.com, January 14).
Strange! Ex-lovers can't be friends but they can be business partners!
A source says, "If Akshay and Shilpas had acknowledged each other on stage, the lensmen would have clicked pictures. The limelight would have shifted to their patch-up and their business partnership would have taken a backseat in the news. Who knows, they might have spoken to each other backstage."
For those who have come in late, things have not been rosy between Akshay and Sonakshi too. The two had looked through each other at Tulsi Kumar's wedding reception just a few days back (SpotboyE.com, March 3).
