Akshay Kumar & Saif Ali Khan To Reunite After 9 Years!
Saif Ali Khan is all set to be the star guest of on the first episode of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
Akshay Kumar and
Saif Ali Khan will be seen together on-screen after a gap of 9 years. If
reports are to be believed, Saif Ali Khan will be the star guest of the first
episode of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
A source from
the show, informed a leading tabloid: “Tech rehearsals kick off on
Wednesday while the episode featuring the duo will be shot on
Thursday. The idea is to recreate fun moments from their films, especially the
1990s potboilers. They are expected to shake a leg to the title track of Main
Khiladi Tu Anari and share anecdotes from other films.”

Saif will be
welcomed by Akshay Kumar who plays the super boss on the show and renowned
comedians Mallika Dua, Zakir Khan and writer-actor Hussain Dalal.
The duo has
worked on eight projects together from 1994-2008 which includes films like Main
Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), Yeh Dillagi (1994), Tu Chor Main Sipahi (1996), Tashan
(2008) and a few others.

As of now, is
busy shooting his film Gold, which is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by
Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner Excel Entertainment. It is a
biopic based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh, who was on the team
that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948.
Meanwhile, Saif
is promoting his upcoming film Chef which will hit the theatres on October
6, 2017.
