As Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna's son Aarav turned 18, the actor penned an emotional note for his son, along with a perfect throwback picture
On September 15, Twinkle Khanna shared a long emotional post for her son Aarav's 18th birthday. She wrote what all she has taught him and what she has learned from her son. Along with an elaborate note, she also attached a cute and lovely photo of her family, celebrating his birthday with joy and happiness. After her post, Akshay Kumar also made a birthday wish for his son who entered adulthood by sharing a perfect throwback picture of the father-son duo. While wishing the birthday boy, Akshay backs the picture with a heartfelt note and also made sure to share some pearl of wisdom.
Before talking about his post, the picture he shared on his Instagram is a throwback picture from their Holi days. We see Akki carrying his son in his arms while completely drenched in Holi colours. Sharing the picture, his note read, "Can’t believe this day has come. Happy 18th Birthday to My Boy!! Big or small I will carry you in my arms until it's time for you to carry me. Now you’re taller than me, more handsome than me, with a Heart 10 x the size of mine. The world can only benefit from you being in it. All my love, hugs & prayers, your loving father"
While a part of Twinkle Khanna's note read, "Happy 18th birthday Aarav! Here is something I had written for you once and to keep loosening the strings and finally cutting them off this year has not been easy." She then concluded it by saying, "I am already missing the little boy you were but am so proud of the man you have become."

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is in Scotland with his family where he is shooting for his upcoming film, Bell Bottom. The actor is also with his ensemble cast including Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta and Jackky Bhagnani.
