Her latest post, however, gives a glimpse of the most expensive gift given by hubby Akshay Kumar. No, it ain’t diamonds, car or any other luxurious commodity for that matter. Taking to her Instagram, the actress-turned-author shared an image of a fancy pair of ‘onion earrings’ that Akshay brought her after his co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan rejected them. Well, Akki thought that unlike Kareena, Twinkle would love it and he was right! This gesture by the actor surely touched Khanna’s heart. She wrote, “My partner says, ‘They were showing this to Kareena, I don’t think she was too impressed, but I knew you would enjoy them so I got them for you.’ Sometimes it’s the smallest things, the silliest things that can touch your heart.”

It also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in the lead roles and has been helmed by Raj Mehta.
