Now, SpotboyE.com can tell you that if all goes well, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha – produced by KriArj Entertainment (Prerna Arora and Arjun N. Kapoor) and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures -- might be sold at a whopping Rs 52 crore which includes all India distribution rights. Overseas rights, however, will remain with KriArj.
