While viewers have been witnessing a lot in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation, on the other hand, Anurag Kashyap was accused of sexual assault by Bengali actress Payal Ghosh that has hit the headlines. Payal in her video where she revealed about Anurag’s sexual misconduct towards her, had also dragged actress Richa Chadha’s name in it. Payal had shared Richa revealing about Anurag asking for favours from his actresses, this did not go down well with the Panga actress and she too sent a notice to Payal for defaming her.

Coming in support of the actress is her fiancé and actor Ali Fazal, who shared the press statement in his Instagram post along with a long note. The actor praised his fiance in his long note for always standing up for women time and again and only coming out of it stronger than before. Also, further mentioning having the fortune to witness this side of her in his life. He further lauds her by saying that while she fights for the equality of females, her art of acting doesn’t go unnoticed.

Advocating the importance of women empowerment in the society, he hopes the truth in this matter shall also prevail. While on the concluding note he wrote, “I say this today, not because you’re my partner but because people like you make the world a better place and we need you. . Love you .”
