Alia Bhatt Beats Katrina Kaif And Deepika Padukone To Become The Most Desirable Woman
Leaving her close friends like Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif behind, Alia Bhatt has topped the list of The Most Desirable Women 2018. The actress even thinks that Ranbir Kapoor is the Most Desirable Man
Alia Bhatt
is the current the reigning queen of Bollywood. Right from her film choices to
her love life, the actress has been making headlines for all the right reasons.
Now guess what? Alia has left behind her competitors like Katrina Kaif, Deepika
Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez, Aditi Rao Hydari, Disha Patani and Shraddha
Kapoor among others to top the Most Desirable Women Of 2018 list. Yes, that’s
right!
It was
Deepika Padukone, who topped the list of Most Desirable Women Of 2017 but this
year Alia took over the title. The Raazi actress always surprises fans with her
work, be it Highway, Gully Boy or Kalank. The actress is now gearing up for
Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra opposite beau, Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar’s Takht.
While shooting for Brahmastra, Alia fell in love with Ranbir Kapoor and both
have been going strong since a year now.
Not only
this, when the actress was asked about who according to her would be the most
derisible man and woman she said, “I would say that Kareena Kapoor Khan is my
all-time favourite, and among men, Ranbir Kapoor is the Most Desirable Man. To
me, they both are eternally desirable.”
Talking
about her being the Times Most Desirable Diva, she told Bombay Times, “Thank
you! I never thought that I would be given this title, of the ‘Most Desirable’.
I don’t know what makes me desirable, but I think that you find someone
desirable when you like the person’s personality as a whole. Most importantly,
it is about liking the person for who they are. Recently, I was reading a fan
letter; I usually try and make time to read all my fan mails and respond to
them. I was reading one letter, which said, ‘I love you not because you are a
celebrity, but because you are a good human being, and we can see that’. For
me, that is the most important thing, the fact that there are people who
understand my personality. I believe that I am transparent, and it is great if
people can see it. If people believe my personality is desirable, there is
nothing like it.”
The actress
further stated that desirability has nothing to do with a person’s relationship
status or age. She said, “I don’t think your relationship status or age has got
anything to do with being desirable. When people talk about the ‘X-factor’, I
think it is that thing which you express through your eyes and people can see
it through your eyes and soul. That is what attracts people towards you and
makes you desirable.”
