After a Christmas bash with her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and his family, Alia Bhatt is back to work. The Gully Boy actress has resumed the shoot of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress dropped a mirror selfie, as she sat on a chair all set to get her hair and makeup done, and posted about getting back to work. The actress dropped a picture on her Instagram stories. Before Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s project, she was shooting for SS Rajamouli’s RRR in Mahabaleshwar.
In her INSTA Stories, Alia Bhatt wrote, “back at it.” In the picture, the actress is seen seated on a chair and as she clicked this mirror selfie. She got her face covered with her phone, not revealing her look from the movie. Seen in all-black attire, one can see hair clips, dividing her hair into small partitions. This picture has only got her fans intrigued about her look in the movie.

One of the most awaited films of the upcoming year, Gangubai Kathiawadi is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and is based on S Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai with Alia playing the central role. The film team resumed shooting after a long COVID-19 lockdown in the month of October, as per reports in several publications.
Besides this, the actress also has buddy Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra next. The film also stars her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, and this will be the first they will be seen sharing screen space. Alia also has SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Karan Johar’s Takht next.
