Finally, after waiting for years, Bollywood's favourite couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married. The couple tied the knot on 14th April, 2022 at Ranbir Kapoor's Bandra residence Vastu. As soon as the couple got married, Alia took to her Instagram handle to share the beautiful pictures of her wedding. Just after Alia's post, the internet went crazy and showered love on the newlyweds.

Well, as we have already seen Alia's elegant bridal look, have you noticed the special initials in Alia's Mehendi? According to the Hindustan Times source, Alia didn't want a full-fledged bridal mehendi in all hands, she wanted a minimal and simple design on her palms. The source said, “The Mehendi was just tiny but well designed circles. She also got a R (Ranbir Kapoor’s initial) and 8 (Kapoor’s jersey number).”

On the other hand, after the couple took their wedding vows and completed all their wedding rituals, they came out near the building to thank all the media and their fans who were waiting just to get a glimpse of the newly married couple. Ranbir and Alia came out in their wedding outfits and waved to the media thanking them for their love. Not just that, Ranbir turned romantic as he picked his wife up in his arms and took her back to the venue.

For the unversed, Alia and Ranbir have been dating each other for almost five years. The duo fell in love while shooting for their film Brahmastra in 2017 and made their first public appearance as a couple at Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja's wedding reception.
