Alia Bhatt Turns 'Setting Girl' For Dad Mahesh Bhatt's Birthday Celebrations
Mahesh Bhatt is celebrating his birthday today with daughters Alia, Pooja Bhatt and family.
Mahesh Bhatt turns a year older today. The filmmaker's special day started with his daughters Pooja and Alia Bhatt ringing in a midnight celebration. Pooja took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of her father's birthday celebration. She shared two pictures which feature dad Mahesh Bhatt, sister Alia Bhatt, and a few balloons.
In the first picture, we see Mahesh Bhatt and Alia looking at the camera and smiling. The father and daughter duo are also twinning in black. Dressed in a black cropped shirt paired with high-waisted and ripped black denims, Alia has turned a 'setting girl' for her father. The balloons have the words 'Simplicity' and 'Happy Birthday Pops' printed on them.
In the second picture, Alia is seen making a funny face and she looks cute beyond words. Sharing the photos, Pooja wrote in the caption, "The birthday boy.. But don't miss the setting girl!"
Reacting to the post, Jackie Shroff commented, "Boss happiness always." Pooja's fans and followers also flocked to the comment section to wish the filmmaker a very happy birthday. Alia Bhatt worked with her father, Mahesh Bhatt in Sadak 2, which released last year. The film marked Alia’s first project with the director, and also with her sister Pooja Bhatt. Furthermore, she has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi. She also has Ayan Mukerji's Brashmastra, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. She is also set to reunite with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's next, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She also has RRR in her kitty. Besides that, she will be seen in Farhan Akhtar's 'Lee Le Jaara' co-starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif.
