Alleged Rapist Yash Pandit Absconding
The Splitsvilla contestant allegedly made false promise of marriage and raped the victim
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor and Splitsvilla 8 contestant Yash Pandit has been booked for allegedly raping a TV actress under the pretext of marriage.
Yash met the woman in question on the sets of a TV show in September this year, after which he invited her over to his place and allegedly raped her. In mid-November, the 34-year-old took her to his apartment again under the pretext of introducing her to his parents.
The actress filed an FIR against Yash yesterday. The actor has been absconding since then.
