Amitabh Bachchan Might Star In Sooraj Barjatya’s Family Drama; Deets Here
Latest report states that Amitabh Bachchan will star in Sooraj Barjatya’s next family drama, film is stated to go on floors in 2021
2021 will mark a debut venture between two of the well-known figures of the entertainment business. As per a report in Mid Day, Amitabh Bachchan will be joining hands with Sooraj Barjatya for an out and out family drama to be produced under Rajshri Productions. The movie will go on floors in the first quarter of 2021. This will see Sooraj directing Amitabh; reports also stated the megastar liked the script when it was narrated to him earlier in 2020.
This was informed to the publication by a trade source, “The film will roll in the first quarter of 2021, and mark the first collaboration of Bachchan and Barjatya, as actor and director. Bachchan had loved the script when it was narrated to him earlier this year. He plays the family patriarch.” Along with focusing on this Big B’s film, Sooraj is also busy with his son Avnish, who is set to mark his directorial debut. Besides this Sooraj’s next which has Salman Khan will be hitting the floors in 2022.
“Sooraj is currently focusing on his film with Big B, and his son's debut. His next with Salman is likely to roll only in 2022,” added the source.

Though the publication tried to reach Big B and Sooraj to confirm the same, they did not receive any response. Sooraj will direct Big B for the first time; he has directed Abhishek Bachchan for Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon.
