The megastar reportedly secured property in The Sarayu, a 7-star mixed-use enclave developed by Mumbai-based developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). While specific details about the property remain confidential, industry sources in the real estate sector suggest that the Big B's new acquisition spans 10,000 square feet and holds a market value of Rs 14.5 crores. This news emerges shortly before the formal inauguration of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, scheduled for January 22, to be led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Sarayu, a sprawling 51-acre enclave, has captured Amitabh Bachchan's interest as he ventures into property investment. Bachchan expressed his anticipation for this journey with The House of Abhinandan Lodha, stating, "I am looking forward to embark on this journey with The House of Abhinandan Lodha for The Sarayu in Ayodhya, a city that holds a special place in my heart." He acknowledged the timeless spirituality and cultural richness of Ayodhya, emphasizing the emotional connection that transcends geographical boundaries. Abhinandan Lodha, chairman of HoABL, remarked, "His investment in our Ayodhya project reflects confidence in the city’s economic potential and a deep appreciation for its spiritual heritage." He highlighted the transformative impact of Big B's association, envisioning the project as a symbol of Ayodhya's global spiritual significance.




Regarding the Ram Mandir inauguration, the list of 3,000 VVIPs includes notables like UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, actress Kangana Ranaut, cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, yoga guru Ramdev, and industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata, and Gautam Adani, apart from Amitabh Bachchan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
