Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has made a name for himself in the Hindi film industry with his hard work and determination. Being one of the most sought-after celebrities of his generation, he also owns a lot of properties across the country. He has now reportedly leased one to a music company. According to a report by The Free Press Journal he has leased one of his commercial properties to Warner Music India Limited. 

According to the report, the property is situated at Lotus Signature, off Veera Desai Road, Oshiwara in Mumbai’s Andheri. It is being reported that the rent of the 10,180 sq ft space is Rs 2.7 crores, the property is spread across four units. According to the media publication, the music company has submitted a security deposit of Rs 1.3 crores, as per the documents accessed through the real estate website Propstack. The leasing arrangement is reportedly done for five years starting March 2024. 


The veteran actor reportedly purchased the four office spaces in August 2023, each unit for Rs 7.18 crore. It was back in September this year, that the 81-year-old actor purchased four units of office space on the 21st floor of the Signature Building along with a dozen of car parking slots. He paid a total of Rs 1.27 crore in stamp duty for the properties each of which has a built-up area of 2,099 sq ft and a carpet area of 1,905 sq ft.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Uunchai alongside Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. Currently hosting the 15th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, he has a list of exciting projects ahead of him. He will be seen in movies like Section 84, Kalki 2898 AD and the official remake of the hit Hollywood movie The Intern.
