Amitabh Bachchan Tests Negative For COVID-19, Abhishek Bachchan Confirms His Father Is Back Home
Amitabh Bachchan, who was admitted to Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai after he tested positive for Coronavirus has now been discharged from the hospital. Abhishek Bachchan took to his Twitter handle to inform fans about the same. In his tweet, Abhishek thanked fans for their prayers and wishes, and informed them that Amitabh Bachchan has tested negative in his latest COVID-19 test, and was discharged.

In his tweet, Abhishek Bachchan wrote, “my father, thankfully, has tested negative on his latest Covid-19 test and has been discharged from the hospital. He will now be at home and rest. Thank you all for all your prayers and wishes for him.” Amitabh Bachchan also took to his Twitter to update his fans about the same, and wrote that he is back home, and is currently isolating at home. He also thanked his near and dear ones, family, friends as well as the staff of Nanavati Hospital. 

"T 3613 - I have tested CoVid- have been discharged. I am back home in solitary quarantine. Grace of the Almighty, blessings of Ma Babuji, prayers & duas of near & dear & friends fans EF .. and the excellent care and nursing at Nanavati made it possible for me to see this day," read Amitabh Bachchan's tweet.  Take a look:
