It’s a baby boy, and according to a statement shared by their spokesperson, both Amrita and the baby are in good health. The couple is over the moon, and Hindustan Times quoted the spokesperson saying, “Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol welcomed a baby boy this morning. Both the mother and baby are healthy and doing well. The family is ecstatic and both Amrita and RJ Anmol thank everyone for their wishes and blessings.”
It was recently that Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol had announced on social media that they were expecting a baby soon. Amrita had shared a picture of her and her hubby RJ Anmol, and the actress was seen in a white dress flaunting her baby bump. She had written about the exciting journey that lay ahead for her, RJ Anmol and their families, and expressed that she was excited to share the good news of her pregnancy with her fans. The picture had gone viral on social media in no time.
In a recent conversation with Times Of India, Amrita Rao had expressed that she was nervous about the idea of motherhood, however, she said that she was looking forward to being a friend to her baby. She said, "I have heard that with babies every few months there is a landmark transition. You are perpetually about discovering new things. Yes, I am nervous about the idea of motherhood but the saying is true- when you see your baby’s face the mother in you effortlessly awakens. I am looking forward to being a friend to this little wonder in my life.”
