Anil Kapoor can't stop heaping praises on sister-in-law Maheep Kapoor and her daughter Shanaya Kapoor for their amazing screen presence in The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives; here's what he said.
Karan Johar's The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives has opened to a great response. The Netflix show chronicles the lives of some of the most popular star wives of Bollywood - Seema Khan, Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. Right from their good old friendship to their personal and professional shenanigans; the show gave us a peek into almost everything. And among others, Sanjay Kapoor's wife Maheep Kapoor has received a lot of compliments for being her rocking self throughout the show.
The latest one to do so is Maheep's brother-in-law and actor Anil Kapoor. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Anil revealed that he loved the series from its first episode and immediately called up Maheep to praise her. He also expressed his happiness on seeing Shanaya Kapoor in the show. Anil said, "Maine iska pehla episode dekha and I liked it. Matter of fact, I spoke to Maheep also, she was very, very good in the show. Everybody was good but obviously, my loyalties are with Maheep. So immediately I called her up and told her."
He added, "Sanjay se bhi meri baat hui so I was happy to see her. I was happy to see Shanaya also, she looked beautiful in it."
On the work front, Anil Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his upcoming Netflix mocumentary AK Vs AK, also starring Anurag Kashyap and Sonam Kapoor. Well, some hilarious promotions for the same are everywhere over the internet.
