Actor Anil Kapoor is known for his acting prowess; we can say for newcomers as well as existing artistes in the showbiz, he is a huge inspiration. But did you know along with fetching films with his acting skills, the actor has now found a new way to land new projects. And helping him in his newfound pattern to fetch films would be actor Abhishek Bachchan. The Total Dhamaal actor revealed it in his recent interview with Film Companion.
During his conversation, Anil revealed following the steps of Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor of recommending each other for certain roles, but with a twist. The actor revealed about telling Abhishek Bachchan to pass on the roles rejected by his daddy and megastar Amitabh Bachchan to him. He said, “jo jo films daddy nahi karenge mere paas bhej dena .” Adding further he also mentioned about willing to sign on the dotted lines for the role rejected by Abhishek Bachchan. “Tu bhi nahi karega, teri bhi koi film ho toh mereko bhej dena,” added the actor.
WOW! This clearly shows the confidence of the actor to portray roles on screen from polls apart age groups.
