Currently while in quarantine at home, as everyone is trying their best to stay fit by exercising, Anil Kapoor took to his social media to share a video as he trains at home with his trainer.
Anil Kapoor tweeted a video on Twitter of him exercising in his gym at home and wrote, “Let’s keep moving ( indoors )! There’s no escaping my workout when my trainer Marc is staying with me! #QuarantineandWorkout #StayHomeStayFit.” In the tweet, the actor mentioned how it is important to keep moving with a touch of sarcasm and asked fans to keep moving indoors. Anil Kapoor also shared that his trainer Marc is living with him in his house and added that there is no escaping workout when his trainer is around.
While in Quarantine at home, Anil Kapoor asked fans to stay home and stay fit. Talking about the video the actor shared, Anil Kapoor is sweating hard as he works out on the gym cycle. In the video, Kapoor is spotted wearing a cap and has his complete focus on working out hard and sweating it off to burn off his excess fat. Well, there’s no doubt about Anil Kapoor being super fit, but this video of the actor just motivates you to keep going on and work out all through the long week.
