Anushka Sharma Explains The Importance Of Wearing Masks Amid COVID-19 Outbreak By Showing Bacteria Levels In Respiratory Droplets - PIC
With each passing day, the Coronavirus outbreak in India and across the world is witnessing a massive spike in the number of cases and deaths. As a consequence of the same, the Indian government has now extended the lockdown up to July 31. Well, despite all the panic and precautionary guidelines, there are still several people who are not wearing masks or following other rules and regulations. This has, in a way, contributed to the growing number of cases. Now, taking to her Instagram, Anushka Sharma posted a pictorial representation emphasising on the importance of wearing masks, to avoid the spreading of bacteria from one person to another.

The picture shared by the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actor was divided into two sections. The first part shows the spread of bacteria by sneezing, singing, coughing and talking. On the second side, it can be seen how coughing, talking, sneezing or singing for different time intervals can affect those not wearing masks, while the masked ones remain safe. In her Instagram story, Anushka captioned the picture writing, "please wear a mask" and also used a mask face emoji. Well, this should be enough for all of us to understand why wearing a mask during the times of a deadly pandemic is important.

This isn't the first time Anushka Sharma took efforts to raise awareness amid the Coronavirus pandemic. Both the actor and her hubby Virat have been sharing videos and pictures and urging fans to stay indoors.
