Anushka Sharma is quite unhappy with a sportswear brand as they shared an Instagram post featuring her pictures without her ‘permission’. The actress expressed her anger over the same and asked the brand to take down the post.
Now, Sports and clothing brand Puma has responded to Anushka Sharma’s allegations and posted a picture of what seems to be a contract that reads ‘Puma x Anushka’ and wrote, “Hey @anushkasharma, we should’ve reached out sooner! Should we take things to the next level, then?” Not just this, Anushka reposted the picture and wrote, ‘I’m asleep.”

The latest post from Puma has left netizens both confused and baffled. Many dubbed Puma’s move as a marketing strategy and publicity stunt. “Both teams played well. What a publicity stunt,” commented one user. "a marketing genius,” added another.
The recent development comes after Anushka Sharma had slammed the brand for using her pictures without permission. She took to her Instagram handle and posted a picture of herself along with a caption slamming the brand.
Re-sharing the post on her Insta stories, Anushka wrote, "Hey, @pumaindia? I'm sure you know that you have to take permission before you can use my imagery for publicity since I'm not your ambassador. Please take it down! (angry face emojis)."
Previously, Anushka had shared a sun-kissed picture in which she was seen flaunting her abs in a yellow-green coloured sports bra and black leggings. These pictures of the actor were then re-shared by the brand without her permission. Promoting their end-of-season sale, they used Anushka`s pictures.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka recently made a surprise appearance in Qala.
