The wedding was an intimate affair held at Arpita Khan Sharma and Ayush Sharma's home. Allegedly, Sshura, who has worked closely with various Bollywood stars, crossed paths with Arbaaz on the sets of Patna Shukla. The couple was spotted at the airport after their vacation, where Arbaaz protectively held his wife's hand, urging the paparazzi not to crowd them. Arbaaz Khan and Sshura Khan's marriage emerged as an unexpected surprise, kept intentionally low-profile. Following their union, endearing videos surfaced, capturing moments where Arhaan Khan serenaded the newlyweds, and Arbaaz Khan even went down on one knee for his beloved. Subsequently, Sshura made her previously private Instagram account public post her marriage. Speaking about Arbaaz Khan's dating history, the actor and Malaika Arora were married to each other for over a decade and later they announced their separation in 2016 and continued to amicably co-parent their son, Arhaan. Subsequently, Arbaaz embarked on a relationship with Italian model Giorgia Andriani, lasting several years, even meeting her parents in India. Despite their closeness, Giorgia stated that their personalities didn't align, and she was certain their relationship wouldn't progress to marriage. Nevertheless, she affirmed that their friendship remains intact despite the romantic separation.
Surrounded by their close-knit group of friends and family, Arbaaz and Sshura pledged their commitment on December 24, just five days after Arbaaz's heartfelt proposal. Their wedding ceremony was hosted at Arpita Khan's home in Bandra, providing the perfect setting for their intimate celebration.
