Arjun Kapoor Trolls Virat Kohli As He Aces The Very Tough Exercise ‘180 Landings’, Says, ‘Bhangra Paa Le’
Today, we saw the Indian Skipper performing 180 landings exercise and damn, he makes it look so easy, despite Virat Kohli telling us that this is his first shot in doing so. However, Arjun Kapoor’s comment on this post is unmissable
When it comes to fitness, it looks like there’s no stopping for Virat Kohli. Of late, we have been seeing some intense workout videos on his Instagram account. Just recently, he shared a video of himself doing a deadlift in his living room. Seeing this, it obviously motivated us to move our lazy ass and to work out that bulging tummy. Today, we saw him perform 180 landings exercise and damn, he makes it look so easy, despite Virat telling us that this is his first shot in doing so.
Knowing he is a fitness freak, Virat will never compromise with his fitness schedule. Even though the gyms are shut due to the Coronavirus lockdown, nothing can stop the Indian skipper from sweating it out. In the video, wearing a red jersey and blue shorts Kohli can be seen landing on his feet after jumping 180-degree on the other feet as the India captain aces this tough exercise. "My first shot at 180 landings. Top exercise," Kohli captioned the video on his Instagram account.
Seeing his performance, Arjun Kapoor who loves to put a sassy or savage reply on someone else's post made a hilarious comment on the same as he wrote, ‘Bhangra paa le.’ LoL. Check out below:
Meanwhile, in normal circumstances, Kohli would have been leading Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League but due to coronavirus outbreak, the tournament has been postponed “indefinitely” by the BCCI.
