Deepika Padukone starrer Gehraiyaan has received mixed reviews and now a video of KJo talking about paid reviews has surfaced online
Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa starrer Gehraiyaan was recently released. The movie is making headlines for multiple reasons. It has received mixed response. Some have loved the film, some feels that it lacks depth. Trolls have slammed the movie for promoting infidelity. Amidst this, a video of Karan Johar is doing rounds on the internet.
In the video, they are talking about critic reviews. There is a perception that reviews for some movies are paid in some sections of the audience. KJo can be heard saying that critics are ready with ratings even before the release of the film.
He also says that no online platform gives out data which is why producers are claiming that their movies are No.1 on a streaming platform. Gehraiyaan also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor. The film has been produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, Viacom18 Studious and Joushka Films.
Even though some are not liking the story, fans have loved the stars' performance. Fans can't stop talking about Deepika's act in the film. Soon after the release of the film, Ranveer Singh shared a black and white photo of the couple and wrote, "Doobey... haan doobey... Ek dooje mein yahaan.. Tour de force...
