Athiya Shetty’s Love Story With Cricketer KL Rahul Has Suniel Shetty's Blessings; Loves That They 'Respect Each Other'
Athiya Shetty’s rumoured love saga with cricketer KL Rahul has been the talk of the town for quite some time now.  Well, Athiya and KL Rahul’s recent outing only added fuel to the fire. However, there hasn’t been any official acknowledgement from either of them of so far. But, hey, papa Suniel Shetty, though indirectly, just spilt the beans on his approval to Athiya and KL Rahul. In an interview with Zoom TV, the Hera Pheri actor was quizzed about his daughter’s alleged love story with the Indian cricketer and he had the most sporting response ever.

The video sees the journalist asking Suniel about Athiya and KL Rahul and says that he has been quite supportive of it, to which Shetty says he has always looked at it that way, given there’s respect from both the sides. Suniel also revealed that Athiya discusses everything with him and that makes their relationship a lot more beautiful. He says, “I have always looked at it that way. Whoever Athiya is seeing, whoever Ahan is seeing, as long as they respect their respective partners. More so Ahan, he respects his partner. What would one ask for? Nothing. And there's nothing in the world she (Athiya) doesn't discuss with us or discuss with me and that is why we have a relationship that is absolutely gorgeous.”(ALSO READ - KL Rahul Goofs Around With Rumoured GF Athiya Shetty; Gets Validation From Suniel Shetty And Ahan)

Earlier, in a conversation with BT, Suniel was quizzed about both Athiya and Ahaan’s love lives, to which he said, “Absolutely love them and I think more than a profession, being happy in life is very important today because that is the space I think that is missing. We were all happy, we grew up happy.”
