Ranbir Kapoor admits that he is very dependent on his wife Alia Bhatt and that he always ensures she is next to him!
Speaking of the most loved couples of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor undoubtedly tops the list. They have been dishing out major couple goals since they got married this year in April after dating for five years. Notably, both actors often express their undying love for each other on public platforms and during media interactions. Recently, RK in an interview admitted that he is ‘very dependent’ on his wife Alia and that it is very important for him to have her next to him.
Speaking with Navbharat Times, Alia and Ranbir were asked if they are dependent on each other in real life as well as they were in their film ‘Brahmastra’. Replying to this, the Rockstar actor revealed that he does not go to the bathroom or eat anything unless he knows where Alia is. Ranbir was quoted saying, “I boast a lot that I am very independent and detached, but in reality, I am very dependent on her. I don’t go to the bathroom or eat if I don’t know where Alia is. It is very important for me to have her next to me. Interestingly, in Ayan Mukerji’s directorial ‘Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva’, Alia’s character Isha tells Shiva aka RK that her life is incomplete without her. And, in real life too Alia and Ranbir complete each other and make for a perfect match made in heaven.
On the personal front, they are all set to embrace parenthood as Alia is pregnant with their first child. Her baby shower bash will soon take place and it would be an all-girls affair with Kareena Kapoor, Karisma, and Alia's childhood besties attending it.
