During an interview with Pinkvilla, Bobby Deol disclosed that his Animal co-star, Ranbir Kapoor, had shared intimate details about his personal life with him. Bobby mentioned that Ranbir shared anecdotes about his proposal to Alia and even reminisced about informing Ranbir about the birth of his first child. The Race 3 actor also reminisced about a picture he posted on his Instagram handle, featuring him and Ranbir lying on the ground, stating that it was taken during moments when they shared personal conversations. Speaking about the moment Bobby said, "It was a picture of us lying on the ground, waiting for the shot. You know what we were talking about? He was telling me how he proposed to Alia, and I was telling him about my first child’s birth. It was so easy to talk to him about all this. It was a moment we both cherished, and that picture is special to both of us.”
In the movie Animal, Bobby Deol had a brief appearance on the screen. Reflecting on this in the interview, Bobby Deol revealed feeling a sense of sadness on the final day of shooting. He further expressed admiration for Ranbir Kapoor, acknowledging being a long-time fan of the talented actor. The film has already raked Rs 313 crore in India in just 3 days of its release.
