Ayushmann Khurrana Pens A Sweet Note On His Father's B'Day; Bhumi Pednekar Remembers Late Dad With A Post That Will Leave You Teary Eyed
Ayushmann Khurrana extends a warm wish on his father's birthday, while Bhumi Pednekar remembers her late dad on his birth anniversary through a heartwarming note
Today marks a special day for both Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. While Khurrana celebrates his father's birthday today, Bhumi remembered her late father on his birth anniversary, which is today as well. Taking to their respective Instagram accounts, the Bala co-stars penned heartwarming wishes for their fathers and it's sure to make you emotional. While Ayushmann shared a monochrome picture of his father, Bhumi posted a streak of pictures, including some from her childhood, and paid tribute to her late father.
In his caption, Ayushmann thanked his father for giving him 'wings, talent and ambition'. "Happy bday to the world’s best father! You gave me the wings, talent and ambition. I won’t tell your age to the world. Coz they won’t believe it. Jai jai (that’s what we say when we do charan sparsh)," wrote the actor. Under his post, a lot of Ayushmann's co-stars and friends like Nushrat Bharucha, Mouni Roy, Bhumi Pednekar and others poured in their wishes for his father.
Bhumi, on the other hand, got emotional and revealed missing her father every day. She also penned a touching poem in his memory and reminisced all the good times spent with him. "Happy birthday Papa. I miss you everyday, every minute and every second. But then, I see you everywhere ... When I look at myself, my eyes just like yours...When samu smiles, her smile is full of that same mischief ...When we trouble mom and she says - you both are just like Satish. When we do some good, she says - you both are just like Satish. When mom speaks about you she blushes like a teenager, that small little tear lights up her eye, with happiness and undying longing and love for the love of her life," read an excerpt from her caption.
