Baaghi 3: Censor Board Chop-Chops Tiger Shroff Starrer; Words Like 'Maad*r Beep’, Tight Shots Of Disha Patani Removed - Reports
Ahead of Baaghi 3 release, Censor Board has asked the makers of Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer to replace a few words. Words that sound like abuses have been asked to remove. Some closeup shots of Disha Patani's body have also been asked to be removed. Full deets here
Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor's Baaghi 3 is soon to make it to the theatres and the stars are leaving no stone unturned to promote their film. However, it seems that the film has fallen in trouble with the Censor Board. If reports are anything to go by, the Censor Board has asked the makers of Baaghi 3 to remove words like 'maadar beep', 'bhencho beep' and more. Reportedly, Shraddha Kapoor's character in the film has a habit of making use of cuss words at every moment.
Reportedly, Shraddha's character abuses every minute, however, she does not finish the word. That's when the beep comes in. A source has revealed to Bollywood Hungama, "Shraddha Kapoor’s character in Baaghi 3 has the habit of spewing abuses at every given opportunity. But she just says half of it and then finishes it with the word ‘beep’. The trailer gives a hint of this where in the actress can be seen mentioning ‘Maa ki lo beep’ and ‘maacho beep’. There are many more such terms she mentions like ‘maadar beep’, ‘behancho beep’, ‘gaa beep’, ‘bho beep’, ‘maa ka bho beep’, ‘maa ke bhu beep’, ‘teri maa ki beep’ etc."
The source further adds that some words that have a similar sound to cuss words like 'bhospuriye' have also been asked to replace. Revealing further details, the source informed the portal, "There’s a sequence of a child being beaten. It was modified and a disclaimer added in the beginning denouncing violence against children. The visuals of a body getting burnt were reduced by 50%. An abusive word used against a deaf character was found insulting and was replaced. Moreover, there were close-up shots of Disha Patani’s body in the song ‘Do You Love Me’ which seemed a bit too much for the CBFC. These visuals were replaced with long shots and visuals of other characters."
