Parineeti Chopra’s next biopic on Saina Nehwal has hit a roadblock. Well as per her latest Instagram post, the actress has been injured and won’t be shooting for some time now, following her nape injury. The actress who has been rigorously training for the biopic informed in her post, how despite taking all the necessary precautions she has ended up getting injured. Sharing a picture of her with bandages on her nape of the neck, she updated her fans of this unfortunate hiccup to the film.
Her Instagram post read, “Dude. Me and the entire team of Saina have been taking so much care that I shouldn't get an injury, but shit happens. Will rest it as much as I can before I can start playing badminton again. #SainaNehwalBiopic” Just to throw light, though the actress had started shooting for the biopic, was continuously practicing to perfect her game of badminton in order to make it look authentic and real on screen. Recently Pari dropped out one of the most anticipated projects from her kitty, Bhuj: The Pride Of India. The actress was reported to be letting go of this film due to date issues, leaving her with The Girl On The Train, Saina Nehwal biopic and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.
As she started shooting for the biopic, the actress had flown to Saina Nehwal’s hometown in Hyderabad to meet the badminton star with tons of questions, and learn the smallest of the things about Saina, which shall come in handy for the actress, as she shoots for the film.
