Finally, the trailer of much-awaited Bhoot Part 1: The Haunted Ship is out. Starring Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal, makers of the film have been teasing the fans with scary teaser and posters, before dropping the trailer online. Now the official trailer of the horror flick is out and you get to ready to get scared. 

Sharing the trailer on Twitter, Karan Johar captioned it, “Anchoring fear on your shores. #BhootTrailer OUT NOW! #Bhoot #TheHauntedShip.” Bhumi, on the other hand, wrote, “Ready or not, we're coming with fear in hand. #BhootTrailer OUT NOW!” The almost 3-minute long trailer sees Vicky, a surveying officer, entering the hunted ship named Sea Bird, which lands on Juhu beach. Soon after he steps into the ship, he starts noticing unusual and spooky things. Later, the actor is seen getting trapped inside the ship. Earlier, Vicky Kaushal had revealed that in real-life, he’s very sacred of watching horror genre. But doing a horror flick, was indeed a challenge for the Uri star. Speaking to IANS, Vicky had said, “I was contemplating before I read the script not after I read the script. So, before I read the script I was like 'Horror? pata nahi kaise hoga, kya hoga' because I, myself, am very scared to watch horror films. So, I didn't know.”

Backed by Karan Johar's Dharma production, Bhoot has been helmed by debutant Bhanu Pratap Singh and produced by Badrinath Ki Dulhania director Shashank Khaitan. The film is slated to release on February 21, 2020.
