With unlocking phase 1, many industries are slowly and steadily opening up in phases, where following safety measures to maintain social distancing with ongoing COVID-19 pandemic still remains on the top of the priority list. Actress Bhumi Pednekar who too will be getting back to work, have chalked out some strict line of control when it comes to her work. In conversation with Hindustan Times, the actress mentioned of not performing any romantic scene at least for time being.
Further mentioning this following of social distancing norm will also result in change in the storyline. She said, “I don’t about the implementation of social distancing. We’ll have to wait and watch. On a film set, you have so many people working together. Especially as actors, we are vulnerable. I can’t wear a mask and do a scene. I’m sure dynamics will change. I don’t see myself romancing anyone on the big screen for a while now. Even our storylines will change.”
The actress also mentioned though safety and security of lives come at the top of the chart, work should resume soon, keeping in mind the livelihood of people based on it. According to the Sonchiriya actress it’s not just the entertainment business which should resume but other industries also, but not forgetting to follow the safety measures.
The actress has Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare directed by Alankrita Shrivastava and backed by Ekta Kapoor in post production and Durgavati helmed by G. Ashok and also starring Akshay Kumar in an extended cameo, in her kitty.
