Bihar's Top Cop Gupteshwar Pandey Who Handled Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case Turns A Religious Preacher; Says ‘Want To Serve God Now’
Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020, after reportedly hanging himself at his Bandra house. After his tragic demise, his father Krishna Kishore Singh filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar. Since then, Bihar's former DGP Gupteshwar Pandey started handling the case; however, things went a little South when there was a tussle with the Maharashtra government. Nevertheless, now, it is said that the former DGP has turned into a religious preacher. That’s right! Pandey now talks about Bhagavad Gita verses publicly and the transformation is not sudden.

Reportedly, earlier, Pandey used to do the same when he was in the service, but he never used to do it in the public because of his service. However, it is said that he recently preached some religious sessions for the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust and that’s how his new avatar came to the public. “There comes a point when you want to know the purpose of life, and in knowing God. I am no exception. We think that material achievements will make us happy, but the real happiness lies in God. I only want to serve God now,” he said to ANI.

For the unversed, Gupteshwar Pandey was handling late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. When Bihar police had to intervene in the case and visited Mumbai to get a better look at the case, Mumbai Police had sent them to a quarantine centre for 14 days. Furious over their decision, Pandey fumed over the ‘forceful quarantine’ and said it wasn’t needed. In fact, he also made it to the headlines after he mentioned Rhea Chakraborty's 'aukaat' in one of the viral interviews.
