In a recent interview with India Today, the Dil Mil Gaye star conveyed his appreciation for his wife's insights into his work. Currently revelling in the success of his latest release, Fighter, the actor shared, "She loved 'Fighter'; she cried a lot during the interval. The 41-year-old further adds, "Even my friend was crying, though we were pretending not to cry, and that takes a lot of energy. But she was so happy, she said she was ‘proud’ of me, and she loved how I portrayed the character. She loved the way that I held it together. In a role like that, in a situation like that, it’s easy to kind of let go; sometimes you don’t have control over your emotions, and she liked the fact that I kind of balanced it. She is very proud of me."
Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu discovered love while collaborating on the 2015 film Alone. The celebrity couple exchanged vows in 2016 and embraced parenthood with the arrival of their first child in 2022.
