Housefull 4, the fourth film in the Housefull franchise is all set to hit the theatres on October 25. The film had earlier been directed by Sajid Khan, but he was soon replaced by Farhad Samji after he was accused of sexual harassment. Now, with only four days to go for the film to release, Bobby Deol, who also stars in Housefull 4, has addressed the #MeToo movement and spoke at length about how this stand taken by the public has helped a lot of people.

Bobby Deol, who will next be seen in Housefull 4, told PTI that he does not know anyone’s personal life but if things come out and are proved, it should be dealt with in the right way. He added, “And this works for both men and women because in the world we live, there a lot of stories about women troubling men which do not come out and vice-versa.” However, he believes that this stand has helped people going through tough times and also said that the work environment is becoming safer and happier. Speaking about the #MeToo allegations on Sajid Khan and how it affected Housefull 4, Bobby Deol said, "Only one-day shooting got delayed and the decision was made by the studios and Sajid Nadiadwala." It is something people should use in the right way. That is how it should be."

Housefull 4 stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, Chunky Panday among others and the cast kick-started the promotions by boarding Housefull 4 Express from Mumbai to New Delhi.
