Bruna Abdullah Reveals Startling Childbirth Details; Chooses Water Birthing For Her Delivery
Actress Bruna Abdullah, pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Allan Fraser, reveals that she has always desired natural childbirth and would go for water birthing for her delivery
Actress Bruna Abdullah is pregnant with her first child with her Scottish boyfriend Allan Fraser. The Brazilian model got engaged to her boyfriend in July last year and made headlines recently when she decided to give birth to her child before getting married, thereby breaking stereotypes.
In a recent interview with Bombay Times, the actress revealed that she has a plan in place for the delivery and how she is preparing to welcome her child into the world. She has always desired natural childbirth and chose to go for water birthing. She tells BT, “I always knew that if I had a baby, I would go for water birthing. I love water and the thought of being in a warm pool, feeling relaxed and waiting for my baby, is the best thing I can ask for. I have always desired a natural childbirth — no medication, epidurals or cesarean sections. It has been proven that being in water provides more comfort during contractions; the buoyancy of the water allows more relief during labour.”
The proud soon- to- be mom, when asked how she has been preparing for the baby, replied, “I’m not sure you can ever be fully prepared, so we are looking forward to my mom coming to the rescue. The nursery is in the making and it’s looking super cute.”
