Bunty Aur Babli 2: Saif Ali Khan Approached To Play The Lead in The Sequel Of Abhishek Bachchan And Rani Mukerji 2005 Release?

The latest report states, the makers of Bunty Aur Babli that released in 2005 are planning to return with the sequel of the film and they have approached Saif Ali Khan for the same. The original starred Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukerji in the lead and had Amitabh Bachchan as supporting cast and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for a cameo.

We still can't get over Bachchan parivaar's – Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan – dance in Kajra Re song from Bunty Aur Babli. The 2005 film, which was loved by one and all is set to make a comeback with its sequel. Yes, you heard that right! If latest reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to return with the sequel of Bunty Aur Babli and guess who has been approached for it? Well, he’s none other than the Nawab of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, the makers of 2005 release Bunty Aur Babli, which starred Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead roles, have approached Saif Ali Khan to play the lead in the film. The same report also states that Shaad Ali will return as the director with the second instalment of the film. Reportedly, the story of the sequel of Bunty Aur Babli will require two leading pairs. That apart, it is not known if Big B will also surprise his fans with the cameo in the installment meant. The Pinkvilla report also states that the makers are looking out for the Gen-Y actors for the film. However, certain names have come in mind, but makers are yet to zero down on the leads. The Bunty Aur Babli sequel will be produced by Yash Raj Films.

 
On the work front, Saif Ali Khan returned to India after completing the shoot for his next Jawaani Jaaneman in London. The Pataudi of Bollywood has also Laal Kaptaan and Tanaji lined up for release.
