CBFC Chairman Prasoon Joshi Supports Kangana Ranaut Amidst NCB's Probe In Bollywood's Alleged Drug Nexus; 'She Is Telling Her Truth'
Bollywood is currently under the scanner of the Narcotics Control Bureau as many big names are coming to fore while probing Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Stars like Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh are on the radar of the NCB. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut on her social media handle has been making many sensational claims about drug consumption by Bollywood stars and much more. Over this, now, CBFC Chairman Prasoon Joshi has come out in support of Kangana saying that she is telling her truth.

It was recently that veteran actor Jaya Bachchan during a session in the Parliament had spoken about Bollywood being singled out in drug probe. Over this, Prasoon Joshi was quoted saying, "A lot of the things because of the way they are said today, the real essence gets lost. Discrediting film industry which has actually done wonderful work that's also not right. But what Kangana is coming from, she is talking about her truth. Usko trivialise nahi kiya jaana chahiye." He also spoke about Bollywood losing its 'credibility' and stated that the industry's disconnect from reality is costing it a lot.

Earlier, Kangana Ranaut had taken to her twitter handle to share that big stars such as Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal and others should undergo a drug test and set an example for all if their reports come out to be clean.
