Change In Plans? Shahid's Wedding Now In Gurgaon?

We all thought Shahid Kapoor and his fiance Mira Rajput were gonna have a big, fat Greek wedding. Turns out, the scenic landscapes of Greece might not be the backdrop of this shaadi.
There are whispers now that the wedding may take place in Gurgaon. Yes guys, apna Gurgaon.
The pre-wedding functions like mehndi, sangeet and haldi will kick off from the first week of July. The lovely couple will take their saat pheras on July 6. And Mira’s bidaai is scheduled for July 8.
Wait, were not done with the celebrations yet.
So after they return to Mumbai on July 9, a grand reception is scheduled for July 12 at a mid-town five-star hotel, for the actors friends in the industry. Invites are being designed and guest lists are fast being worked out for the Kaminey stars big day.
“It was getting difficult to manage the wedding preparations in Greece. So, it was best to shift the action back home. There will be two kinds of wedding ceremonies. One will be the Arya Samaj wedding and the other will be the big fat Punjabi wedding, replete with all the rituals. A bachelors party is also underway,” says a source close to the actor.
We called Pankaj Kapur for comment but he chose not to respond.
As for Shahid, well, we think its high time he speaks up about his wedding and ends the suspense.
