Comedian Mallika Dua Shares How Hard It Is To Listen To Music Post Her Mother Chinna Dua's Demise; Says 'It's All Painful But I Feel Her Presence In All Things'
Actress-comedian Mallika Dua lost her mother to COVID-19 a few days ago. In a series of Instagram posts, she opened up about how she has been dealing with the loss of her mother. And now, taking to her Instagram stories, Mallika shared how painful it is to live without her and shared how she feels her mother's presence in everything.

Taking to Instagram stories, she wrote, 'I didn't realise how hard it would be to listen to music. She loved loved loved and lived music. Now every song is a heartache. For now, it gets better I'm told. Today is the first night I'm sleeping at home without any friends. Just papaji and I. I'm reminded of our days in the Covid ward. I'm also reminded of the moments when it was the three of us. It's all painful but I feel her presence in all things good. She will help make this easier.'

A few days ago, Mallika shared a candid picture of herself and mentioned that she wants to try and get back to work. Sharing a picture, she wrote, 'Thought I'd upload something that would make her smile. She is definitely on Insta I want to try and get back to work. Besides the obvious fact that work = money, work also = sanity. She never moped. She went from one thing to the next with passion and a smile.'

Earlier, she took to Instagram to share a picture as she immersed her mother's ashes. She penned an emotional note and called her mother her 'first and greatest love'. She also promised to love herself and mentioned that she will live life like she did, which was full of 'courage, grace, boundless kindness and above all, joy.'
