Refuting Rhea Chakraborty’s claims that Sushant Singh Rajput got hooked to drugs during the shoot of Kedarnath, key witness in the case is reported to have told the CBI that Sushant never did drugs during Kedarnath time.
Refuting Rhea Chakraborty’s claims that Sushant Singh Rajput got hooked to drugs during the shoot of Kedarnath, key witness in the case is reported to have told the CBI that Sushant never did drugs during Kedarnath time. Sushant’s former driver Dhirendra who was employed by the late actor between October 2018 to April 2019, appeared on a chat show on the Republic and revealed that during his interrogation by the Central Bureau Of Investigation, he let the agencies know that Sushant did not touch drugs for the period he was employed with the star. Dhirendra was with the star while he had shot for Kedarnath, Chhichhore and Drive.
“He never took any drugs then. He wasn't depressed back then." While being asked again about Rhea’s claim that Sushant started doing drugs during Kedarnath, he reiterated, "He never did. I was with him that time." He also opened up about Sushant’s relationship with his family, especially his sisters, based on his observation, while he was employed by the star. "He had a good relationship with his family. Priyanka didi and his brother-in-law used to visit him. They used to visit him when I was around. Priyanka didi was even present during Chhichhore's shoot. His brother-in-law was also there," he told the Republic.
Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty’s bail plea was rejected by the Mumbai Sessions Court on Friday afternoon; the actress and her brother Showik Chakraborty, who were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau are going to move the Mumbai High Court against the same. The CBI investigation is currently on and several key witnesses have been interrogated in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Sushant’s trainer Samee Ahmed was questioned by the authority yesterday.
