After getting involved in the gym controversy, Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput seems to have learned her lesson as she starts working out at home, here’s proof
From the past few days, the internet was abuzz with the news of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s gym controversy. It so that happened that the couple was spotted working out at their gym in Bandra, which was specially opened for them, despite the government’s order to shut all the gyms due to the coronavirus outbreak. The fact that Shahid and Mira violated rules and played with the public health, resulted in the sealing of the gym that the couple had visited.
Now, all of that is a thing of the past, as it appears that Shahid and Mira have learnt their lesson and decided to stay at home. In a picture shared by Mira Rajput on her Instagram story, it turned out that she has started working out at her home. The picture was of Mira’s legs, as she had her jeggings and sports shoes on. In her caption, Mira called this phase as her quarantine workout. She wrote, “Endorphin rush. #quaratineworkout #stayhome #stayfit #AGatHome.”
Interestingly, Mira had also tagged Yudhishthir Jaising, the trainer whose gym was sealed after opening it especially for the couple, no bad blood? Well, we missed Shahid Kapoor in the scene!

As soon as the news was out, Jaising had rubbished all the accusations by saying, “He has been shooting in Chandigarh and had asked me to get some equipment after he sustained an injury (tendonitis). I was showing him the right way to use the equipment. In any case, we work out and train together at each other's houses. It was only Shahid, Mira and me, just friends chilling on a Sunday evening."
