Last week, COVID-19 also known as the Novel Coronavirus outbreak was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). With several people dying due to the deadly virus in the country and many tested positive in the state as well, the film industry has decided to stall the shooting schedules until the outbreak settles down. As many celebrities are taking some time off at home in the company of their family, Arjun Kapoor took to his social media to share a special message for the media and paparazzi.
Amidst the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, Arjun Kapoor shared a series of posts on his Instagram stories updating fans about how his day is planned out. In one such post, Arjun shared how he has a special request for all the media portals and paparazzi. The post of the Panipat actor read, “So I went to my physio for my routine ultrasound this week before she shuts in case or excessive measures being needed.” Arjun added, “Sadly when I was returning to my car the media was present and were interested in getting images and videos.”
Out of concern for the media outside his car, Arjun went on to share how he loves his job and is okay with the attention he gets from the media but genuinely does not believe that it is the time for everyone to be normal and just pose for pictures getting inside and out. Arjun Kapoor then requested all the media portals and paparazzi to please be sensitive and sensible. The actor said, “My request to all the media portals and paps is to please be sensitive and sensible. Short term distance is better for a long term proximity that everyone enjoys.”
Concluding his request, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Stay healthy and stay home.” Meanwhile, as Arjun Kapoor requests everyone to stay healthy and at home, girlfriend Malaika Arora also shared a picture as she stays quarantined at home.
