In an industry where rumours of friction between actresses on multi-starrer sets are rife, director Rajesh A Krishnan paints a different picture. Speaking candidly to News 18, Krishnan dispelled any notions of discord among the leading ladies. Instead, he commends their professionalism and camaraderie, emphasizing their mutual respect and rapport. The lively atmosphere on set, characterized by animated discussions and playful banter, underscored the harmonious dynamic shared by Tabu, Sanon, and Kapoor Khan.

The filmmaker shared the actresses got along with each other quite well. He said, “I saw they had a lot of respect for each other. There was a lot of chatting going on and I had to stop them saying, ‘Okay, children, the shot is ready.’ I almost had to tell them to stop messing and fooling around (laughs).”.

Krishnan's admiration for his leading ladies is palpable as he delves into their respective approaches to their craft. Tabu, renowned for her nuanced performances, impresses the director with her ability to effortlessly internalize emotions and deliver impeccable takes. Despite technical challenges, her commitment to perfection shines through as she willingly tackles multiple retakes.
